Prime Meridian Resources is drill testing targets it developed and acquired over the past eight years, and intends to become a significant mining company through discovery of commercial deposits. It will continue to establish new Project Areas, and to identify, acquire and drill test targets in the Northern USA region of the Midcontinent Rift System, which has historically hosted large, valuable base metal mines. Prime Meridian's team has decades of experience, insight and knowledge of the area--and they are proven mine finders.

Prime Meridian generated fifteen Projects in Minnesota and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan since 2000. It developed drill-ready targets in four nickel-copper Project Areas and one iron oxide-copper-gold Project Area, as well as a number of mid-stage projects that are currently being advanced. Some of the drill-ready targets were drilled and eliminated in 2007, as per the expected exploration process. Prime Meridian believes the ongoing work in 2008 offers multiple opportunities for a significant discovery.
