Mr. John Boreta
Position: President, Chairman, Director
Mr. Boreta is currently a Vice President of Primrose Drilling Ventures Ltd. He received his B.A. in Mineral Science from Stanford University in 1951 and his Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1958. Mr. Boreta has been a Registered Engineer (Petroleum) in the State of California since 1960.

 
Mr. Barrett Hanson
Position: Vice President
Mr Hanson has been a Vice President of Primrose Drilling Ventures Ltd. since July 2001. Prior to this, Mr. Hanson was President of Eagle Creek Resources Ltd., a private petroleum engineering consulting company from 1992 to July, 2001. From 1997 to 2001 Eagle Creek Resources Ltd. provided consulting services to Prime Meridian. Mr. Hanson holds a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan (1979) and has been a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.

 
Mr. Mark Fields
Position: Director
Mr. Fields brings more than 20 years of experience in mineral exploration and development to Indicator Minerals' Board of Directors. Mr. Fields is President and CEO of Geodex Minerals Ltd., which is advancing a tungsten-molybdenum project towards development. Previously he was Executive Vice President and Director of Pine Valley Mining Corporation which developed a metallurgical coal project from trial mining to commercial production. As Vice President of Copper Ridge Explorations Inc. he was responsible for all aspects of the company's corporate affairs as well as technical direction of its precious and base metal projects in the Yukon and Alaska. In addition, Mr. Fields was involved in the $44 million sale of a junior gold explorer to Kinross Gold Corporation and participated in the successful acquisition, exploration and development of the Diavik Diamond Mine on behalf of the Rio Tinto Group. Mr. Fields holds an honours degree in Commerce from Queen's University, a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of British Columbia and presently serves on the boards of Geodex Minerals and Prime Meridian Resources Corp.

 
Ms. Alice D. Gardner
Position: Director
Ms Gardner is currently a self-employed business woman who spends significant time volunteering with non-profit organizations and their boards. Prior to this work, she served as the Executive Director of the American Business Council of Dubai and the Northern Emirates, located in Dubai, U.A.E. She has owned and operated two businesses in Houston, Texas: one a foreign freight forwarding firm specializing in the shipment of hazardous chemicals, and the other a company which presented seminars in areas of international business and transportation. Among other professional associations, she is a past president of the Oakland (California) World Trade Association. Ms. Gardner holds a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts (1966) and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California (1980).

 
Mr. G. Frank Joklik
Position: Director
Mr. Joklik is currently a mining consultant. He began his career in 1954 as an exploration geologist with Kennecott Copper Corporation and later joined American Metal Climax Company to manage the early development of the Mt. Newman iron ore mines, Western Australia. In 1974, he resumed his career with Kennecott and, after several promotions, became President and CEO in 1980. He retired from Kennecott in 1993. Between 1995 and 2005, he was Chairman and CEO of MK Resources Company which was engaged in the development of the Las Cruces copper project in Spain. Mr. Joklik attended the University of Sydney, where he received B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in geology. In 1953, he came to the United States as a Fulbright Scholar at Columbia University. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering.

 
Mr. Dennis Sokoloski
Position: Vice President
Mr. Sokoloski has been Vice President, Exploration of Primrose Drilling Ventures Ltd. since June, 2007. Prior to that he was Chief Geologist, Canada of Winstar Resources Ltd., a TSX listed company, and from 1989-2004, was President of Denmar Geological Consulting Ltd. of Calgary. Mr. Sokoloski has a B. Sc. in Geological Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan (1980). He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta, the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists, and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

 
Mr. Paul Ramsay
Position: Director
Mr. Ramsay is the co-founder of Nanovest Corporation, an investment company focusing on technology commercialization. Mr. Ramsay was a co-founder of Cymat Corp., a TSX Exchange company which had a market capitalization of approximately $150 million upon his resignation in 2002. Between 1990 and 2002, Mr. Ramsay concentrated on management for Cymat and was instrumental in securing the Stabilized Aluminum Foam (SAF) license from Alcan International Ltd. Mr. Ramsay was Vice President responsible for business development from March 2000 to March 2002. From November 1998 to March 2000, he was chief executive officer and he was a director from June 1998 to August 2002. Mr. Ramsay was an investment advisor from 1983 to 1989. Mr. Ramsay obtained a BBA degree from St. Francis Xavier University in 1981.

 
Mr. John Gartner
Position: Vice President Exploration
Mr. John Gartner is a registered professional geologist in the United States. He is a graduate of Concordia University (B.Sc. Geology 1982) and McGill University (M.Sc. Geology 1987) in Montreal, Quebec. Mr. Gartner's experience includes senior geologist positions with Noranda and Kennecott Canada where he was involved in discoveries of base-precious metals (Norita East VMS Deposit, Matagami/ Noranda) and diamonds (Lac de Gras Project, NWT / Kennecott). In addition to his exploration experience, Mr. Gartner has worked in the environmental industry designing and implementing environmental clean ups throughout the American Midwest. He was the lead geologist on a project to complete an Baseline Environmental Assessment surface workings and an Environmental Assessment of the underground working at the White Pine Mine in Michigan. Mr. Gartner is a member of the Institute of Lake Superior Geology. Mr. Gartner has been an active member of the Wisconsin Geological and Natural History Survey's Geological Mapping Advisory Committee since 1998.

 
Mr. Robert Cowper
Position: CFO / Treasurer
Mr. Cowper was appointed Prime Meridian's Chief Financial Officer in January 2008 after joining the Company in August 2007. Mr. Cowper is a Chartered Accountant with an extensive background in the oil and gas and financial services industries. Previously he was CFO (Nov. 2004 -- Oct. 2006) with a junior oil and gas company which he assisted merging with a private international oil and gas company. As a result of the RTO transaction the international oil company became the parent entity. Mr. Cowper's financial service experience was with a major Canadian dealer in the Corporate Finance department. He had positions as an Oil and Gas Research Analyst and as a generalist in a Private Equity Investment department. Mr. Cowper received a B. Comm. in Accounting with the University of Saskatchewan and a C.A. (1980) with Price Waterhouse. Mr. Cowper is an active member of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants.
