Michael J. Senn Resigns As President And Ceo

| | Calgary, AB (June24, 2008) Prime Meridian Resources Corp (TSX.V, PMR:FRA. DYD."Prime Meridian") has received and accepted the resignation for personal reasons, of Mr. Michael J. Senn from the offices of President and CEO of the Company, effective June 23, 2008. Mr. Senn will continue his employment with the Company until July, 31, 2008 to provide for a transition to new management. Thereafter, Mr. Senn will provide services as Technical Advisor to the Company.
Mr. Senn's Comments:
"For strictly personal reasons I have found it necessary to resign as President & CEO and Director of PMR. As a founder of PMR and one who has assembled the exploration projects contained in its portfolio, I believe that the company has every chance for economic success and hope this comes to fruition for the group in the very near future.
Following the end of my tenure on July 31, 2008, I will remain as a technical advisor for PMR.

Mr. Senn is a founder of the Company and has made many contributions to the scope and quality of its Project Areas and high priority drill Targets. The Board of Directors extends its thanks to Mr. Senn for his contributions and services since the Company's inception.
The Board will elect an Interim President and CEO at its June 25, 2008 meeting.
