Q & A

Q  What is the most recent news?
A  Prime Meridian Resources most recent news was released on August 28th 2008 announcing that Prime Meridian granted stock options to John Gartner who was appointed Vice President, Exploration effective 1st August 2008.

Q  Any comments to support the share price?
A  Prime Meridian Resources share price is a reflection of the current global economy and how it relates to the junior exploration sector. It is certainly of concern to management that the share price has declined as far as it has. The focus of the company is on the areas under its control, which includes its projects, management and general corporate activities. At this point the primary focus of management is to find suitable Joint Venture partners to advance its projects through specific work commitments.

Q  Will the current cash be enough to maintain operations?
A  Prime Meridian Resources can maintain operations into 2009. They expect to increase project cash flow through either a Joint Venture or a financing or both.

Prime Meridian is reluctant to raise money at the current market levels to avoid causing further dilution of the share price. As always, Management's priority is to maintain and increase shareholder value.

Q  What are you spending the $$ on now?
A  Currently Prime Meridian Resources is spending the money on the day to day operations which include the acquisition of key lands and leases, scouting for potential joint venture partners to advance the projects, continued data analysis to improve exploration success. Prime Meridian is also continuing with the on-going research to locate new and exciting exploration opportunities that can be develop into a discovery Prime Meridian has not pursued drilling this summer, instead further refining the field data analyses and land to improve the projects and in particular the drill ready status targets for exploration in 2009.

Q  What are the current JV opportunities?
A  The current market has impacted all companies which has resulted in Prime Meridian's joint venture discussions moving much more slowly than anticipated but they continue to actively discuss opportunities with several prospective partners.

Q  Who is Prime Meridian Resources?
A  Prime Meridian Resources has an outstanding team of people who have a wealth of knowledge and experience within North America and in particular the Midcontinent Rift System (MRS) located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Minnesota. Prime Meridian Resources is a grass roots junior exploration company with drill ready projects and is actively developing targets with excellent exploration potential. Prime Meridian is actively pursuing a joint venture business model to assist project discovery and development at a faster pace while maintaining shareholder value.

Q  Why are all Prime Meridian's projects located in the MRS?
A  Intra-cratonic rifts like the MRS throughout the world have been identified as important geological settings for many of the world class Ni-Cu deposits. The Prime Meridian Resources team have focused their attention and resources on the MRS region as it is historically known to have produced large and valuable base metal mines.

The MRS contains world class Ni-Cu such as RTZ's Eagle Deposit with 5.2 million tonnes grading 3.67% nickel, 3.06% copper plus cobalt, PGE and gold. In many respects the MRS is an underexplored terrane with room for many more discoveries.

Prime Meridian Resource's management and technical staff has worked in this region collectively for over half a century. With this experience and expertise behind Prime Meridian and the opportunity to discover rewarding deposits similar to the existing neighbouring RTZ's Eagle Deposit it is easy to see why they focus on this region.
