| | | Mr. Doug Duskin Position: Consulting Geologist
Mr. Duskin is a registered professional geologist in the United States and has been a member of the Society of Economic Geologists since 1977. He is a 1969 Master's Degree (Geology) graduate of Cornell University. Mr. Duskin's experience includes carrying out exploration projects for base metals, gold and diamonds for various companies including Kennecott, BP Minerals, Amselco Exploration and NL Industries. During his tenure as Eastern USA Exploration Manager for Amselco, the Ridgeway and Barite Hill gold deposits, in South Carolina and Georgia, respectively, were brought from discovery to mine production.

| | | Mr. Theodore DeMatties Position: Consulting Geologist
Mr. DeMatties is a registered/certified professional geologist in the U.S. and a Master's Degree (Geology) graduate from the State University of New York (1974).Mr. DeMatties's experience includes senior geologist with Lehmann and Associates where he managed various base and precious metal exploration programs throughout the U.S. and Canada for numerous clients. During that time, he was involved in several VMS discoveries including the Bend copper-gold deposit in Wisconsin and authored a number of published papers on northern Wisconsin geology and VMS deposits. More recently, Mr. DeMatties has developed and managed nickel-copper exploration programs in Minnesota for Falconbridge and WMC as well as several junior companies.

| | | Clark Jorgensen Position: Consulting Geophysicist
Mr. Jorgensen graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics (highest honors) in 1991 and has a Master's Degree in Geophysical Engineering (1994) from Montana Tech. He was part of Kennecott's discovery team for the Eagle Nickel deposit in Michigan and worked extensively on the development of the Penasquito porphyry in Zacatecas, Mexico. Both projects are currently being advanced to production. Mr. Jorgensen is a member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and the Society of Economic Geologists.

| | | Mr. Dennis Biteman Position: Western Land Services, Land Acquisition & Management Consultants
Western Land Services provides land acquisition, title, lease maintenance and mapping services. It also has capabilities for land surveying, claim staking, permitting and environmental compliance (NEPA), including hydrology, biology and archaeology. The Land Manager for Mining Services, Dennis Biteman (Central Michigan University / Political Science) has over 25 years of experience as a US landman, whose clients have included BHP-Billiton, Kennecott Exploration, The Dow Chemical Company and Ashton Mining. He is a member of American Association of Professional Landmen.
