Turner

Overview
PMR has acquired State and private mineral leases on 95% of the Turner Peridotite. Geochemical analyses of this intrusion has confirmed its mafic to ultramafic affinity.
Project Location, Infrastructure and Land Tenure
The project is located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan near the town of Ralph Michigan. PMR has acquired 890 hectares of State and private mineral leases over this body. The property is easily accessed by seasonal gravel roads and is close to rail and electrical power.

Project Geology
The Turner Peridotite was identified as an isolated magnetic anomaly. Field mapping has identified it as a poorly outcropping serpentinized mafic to ultramafic body that intrudes into the Achaean granite and granite gneiss basement near the contact with rocks of the Marquette Supergroup. Geochemical analysis of the rock has shown it to contain anomalous levels of Ni, Cu, Cr and Pt and Pd. Whole rock analysis of the rock confirms its ultramafic nature and has shown it to contain up to 34.13% MgO.

History
The Turner Peridotite is a mafic to ultramafic body was identified by regional airborne magnetic surveys. A detailed ground investigation was completed by the geology and mineral research Unit of the Michigan Department of Natural Resources in 1977. PMR geochemically sampled the intrusion in 2000 and acquired mineral leases on the prospect.
